Our program is designed to teach players the fundamentals of basketball on and off the court. The essential skills include: shooting, dribbling, passing, layups, and defensive concepts. Players will also finish each workout with some light 1v1, 3v3, or 5v5 competition which enables the players to work on the skills they just practiced in a ever growing way.

Once the evaluation is complete and the player has advanced to the next level our next goal is introduced with a breakdown of what's going to be covered. Our step by step guide leads players to accomplish their goal while setting a standard to achieve levels beyond. 

 No matter the pace we have training sessions tailored to accommodate players of all skill levels. These skills classes are continuously packed with work on both fundamental and advanced skills. Coaching will place an emphasis on learning proper technique, constant repetition, at multiple speeds.

Seasonal Academy Teams Now Forming!

We have Academy Teams who play year round in Fieldhouse, Metro Prep, and NTBL League!  This gives players a chance to develop their skills and build their team chemistry.  We use this league to build our teams and prepare them for tournament play.

Seasonal Academy Teams - Boys & Girls 

The first step is to Signup For Tryouts. We will invite you to come out and join us at a practice or skills session. This enables your athlete to participate in a session with the coach and team.

DFW-AAU TRAVEL TOURNAMENT TEAMS

Tournament Teams will play in DFW based tournaments in addition to travel tournaments. 

Our travel teams compete in highly competitive events as well as a season end national competition.
